Qualifications

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Compute, the Unix System Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing and performing all the various tasks required to build, administer, monitor, operate and maintain a variety of Solaris / Linux servers. This position requires an accomplished Unix Systems Administrator with extensive experience with Solaris, Oracle Linux and Linux with a proven track record incorporating ability to design, implement, and manage systems.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate shall perform Systems Administration and provide technical support for the Unix and Solaris systems in various Data Center locations.
  • Candidates must possess demonstrable skills in a diverse, mission critical datacenter environment.

Senior Network Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Networking, the Senior Network Analyst (Managed Services & Infrastructure) is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning and maintenance operations related with customers’ Network and Security Infrastructure. The network analyst will be part of a team providing 24/7/365 support and be part of an on-call rotation for after hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all aspects of datacenters and customers’ network and security infrastructure.
  • Configure, support and maintain clients’ L2/L3 networks, security infrastructure, including physical and virtual firewalls, VPN services, datacenter and remote servers.

Senior IT Project Manager

Reporting to the SVP of Operations the Senior IT Project manager, is expected to hit the ground running and must have the following:

Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple large-sized projects or programs
  • Has extensive interaction with senior leadership
  • Determines and coordinates the sharing of leveraged resources among projects
  • Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for project management process improvements

  • A foundational understanding of public Cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Must have prior experience managing one or more complex, enterprise-level data center migration or consolidation projects
  • Familiar with application and workload dependencies, architecture and service level requirements

Position Summary

Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Sr. Systems Engineer will be part of a team supporting Oracle OVM /OEL, VMWare/RHEL infrastructure deployed in HP Blade x86 cloud architecture and Solaris 10/11 Sun SPARC platforms.

The individual will be involved in architecting, sizing, and deploying virtual and physical compute environments for mission-critical, global application and database software deployments.

Working with storage and network engineering on provisioning and managing storage and systems software is an integral part of this role.  Individual will be responsible for supporting the compute infrastructure underneath mission critical applications in production, non-production and DR environments.  Individual will support projects, provide design and sizing recommendations and operational support.  Individual will be working closely with the Storage, DBA, Networking, Security and Audit teams.

Opportunities exist to expand the focus of this role to include architecting Data Center compute/cloud deployment strategies and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Systems Administration team to support projects and develop appropriate solutions with technology options as needed.
  • Provides hands on support of Linux environments including OS administration and systems support.
  • Interfaces strongly with Security, Audit, DBA, Networking, and Storage teams.
  • Designs and architect technology solutions to support the environment growth and business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems, both tactical and strategic.
  • Manages and maintains Oracle OVM, VMWare, OEL and RHEL on x86 platforms.
  • Works with Storage team on EMC VNX, VMAX and XtremIO Storage Infrastructure.
  • Provides formal processes and methods to administer and support critical systems.
  • Performs proactive monitoring, performance resolution and appropriate scaling of systems.
  • Oversee general management and upgrade/patching process for all environments.
  • Manage and implement security practices and controls as needed to insure systems.
  • Provides backup, system recovery and EMC RPA/DR process and procedures.
  • Performing server builds for Linux, Windows in OVM and VMWARE.
  • Performing Server builds for Solaris.
  • Performing OVM upgrades, OVM / HP Blade firmware upgrades, power path upgrades.

Automation:

  • Good scripting knowledge in UNIX environments.
  • Experience in automation of datacenter operations [ server provisioning , storage provisioning and regular server management activities] will add lot of value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, Masters’ Degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in a Hosting/ASP/Data Center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OVM/OEL deployments on x86 platforms.Experience with Solaris 10/11 on Oracle SPARC and OVM and/or Red Hat Linux on x86 platforms a plus, not required.
  • Experience using EMC Storage Technologies – VMAX, VNX and/or XtremIO a plus, not required.
  • Experience in EMC RPA technologies a plus, not required.
  • Experience in NFS over 10GbE and Fiber Channel storage protocols.
  • Experience using enterprise Backup and Recovery software a plus, including EMC Data Domain and/or Avamar.
  • Understand system and database factors affecting Oracle database and application performance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of networking configuration, performance issues and requirements.
  • Demonstrated skill in shell scripting.
  • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager – CNC Resources, the Senior JDE CNC Technology Consultant will beresponsible for Consulting Services projects involving CNC delivery for new installations and upgrades of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The CNC is a key member of the implementation project team performing technical tasks, providing day to day support to Syntax PM, Functional Consultants, Developers and the customer’s core team.  This position will be responsible for all aspects of configuration, troubleshooting, ERP security, systems automation and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Must have participated in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades for EnterpriseOne performing all the technology tasks associated with the project.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP and Microsoft Windows Server Systems, Unix Platforms, Linux or AS400
  • Understanding and general skills in the structured query language (SQL)
  • Admin exp with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.)
  • Current experience and knowledge on EnterpriseOne Tools, UX-One, Mobility, IOT, etc.

Qualifications
