Syntax SaaS Services Descriptions and SaaS Terms
As set forth in the SaaS Subscription Agreement, Syntax’s provision of the Syntax SaaS Services to Subscriber shall be governed by: i) the Master Services Agreement (if applicable), ii) the SaaS Subscription Agreement, and iii) the service description(s) that is applicable to Subscriber’s subscription(s).
Syntax SaaS Services
Subscriber’s SaaS Subscription Agreement includes an active link to either: i) the SaaS Subscription Terms, or ii) the General Subscription Terms for SaaS Services. The SaaS Subscription Terms shall apply to Syntax’s existing customers (already have an MSA or GT&Cs in place), and the General Subscription Terms for SaaS Services shall apply to net new customers purchasing Syntax SaaS Services only. Customer’s receipt of the Syntax SaaS Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the SaaS Subscription Terms or General Subscription Terms for SaaS Services, and as set forth in the service descriptions, as updated from time to time.
