Freudenberg E-Power Systems is a leading global supplier of emission-neutral energy systems for heavy duty applications. As part of the Weinhein, Germany-based Freudenburg portfolio, Freudenberg E-Power Systems has been implementing their solutions since 2013 and is present in over 60 countries.
With 3 existing, yet aging MES in place for battery system production, and none for fuel cell production, Freudenberg was looking to both ramp-up and streamline their processes for a new product line that requires mass production capabilities for battery systems. Setting the bar as a global standard for e-power, Freudenberg was looking for rapid implementation and global support capabilities, and a solution that could scale alongside their business. For these reasons, they turned to SAP and Syntax.
