Syntax Terms of Services
These terms of services set forth additional terms that apply to specific Syntax services, as identified in the applicable sub-sections below. These terms of services shall apply solely to the extent incorporated by reference into an applicable Statement of Work (“SOW”), SaaS Subscription Agreement, Change Order (“CO”), Change Request (“CR”), or other ordering document between Syntax and Customer through which Customer purchases, accesses, or uses the applicable services described therein.
SaaS Services
Syntax’s provision of Syntax SaaS Services shall be governed by the following documents, as applicable: (i) the Master Services Agreement or  similarly named document (“General Terms and Conditions”), if any; (ii) the SaaS Subscription Agreement; (iii) the applicable SaaS Subscription Terms or General Subscription Terms for SaaS Services, as identified in the SaaS Subscription Agreement; and (iv) the applicable service description(s) for the subscribed SaaS Services.
The SaaS Subscription Agreement will include a link to either: (a) the SaaS Subscription Terms, which apply to customers that already have a Master Services Agreement or General Terms and Conditions with Syntax; or (b) the General Subscription Terms for SaaS Services, which apply to customers purchasing Syntax SaaS Services on a standalone basis and that do not have a Master Services Agreement or General Terms and Conditions with Syntax.
Customer’s access to, and use of, the Syntax SaaS Services is subject to the applicable SaaS Subscription Agreement and the applicable subscription terms and service description(s) identified therein.Â

Syntax may update the linked terms for SaaS services (above) and related service descriptions (below) from time to time.
