When it comes to Oracle ERP cloud transformation, migration, and integration, Syntax shows up where the important conversations are happening. That’s why our team played a leading role at both Ascend 2025 in Orlando June 8-11 and BluePrint4D in Las Vegas June 9-13.

Syntax executives and experts took to the stage at Ascend 2025 to discuss a range of relevant topics, including what to know before implementing Oracle HCM security and OCI functions.
At BluePrint4D, our attendees and speakers tackled everything from JD Edwards (JDE) integration with Microsoft applications to ensuring the resilience of JDE in complex enterprise environments.

We had the privilege of meeting with customers and other industry leaders at these events. By sharing real-world insights and learning about the everyday challenges facing today’s enterprises, we’re better able to help modernize businesses’ ERP and cloud systems both now and in the future.
After a week of insightful and forward-thinking conversations, here are the biggest takeaways:
1. Oracle Database 23ai will Transform the Future of Data in Oracle Systems
Syntax’s Mike Miller presented on the seismic impact Oracle Database 23ai (23ai) will have on the future of data, analytics, and business intelligence reporting. 23ai’s use of vectors will inevitably change how databases are used. Testing systems to prepare for this upgrade will be crucial to stay on top of the evolving Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) landscape.
2. The JDE Community Showed Up
BluePrint4D had outstanding attendance in Las Vegas, with a noticeable uptick in foot traffic at this year’s conference. JDE continues to flourish in the Oracle portfolio, with a consistently broad usership—underscoring the need for MSPs to aid enterprises with their JDE enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
3. Oracle’s Prescience was on Display at Ascend
In April, Oracle announced new trade management tools within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) to help businesses, particularly manufacturers, wade the shifting waters of tariffs and trade agreements. At Ascend, it was clear that Oracle’s foresight in building this tool helped its users chart a path through uncertainty.
4. Women in Tech Continues to be a Vital Industry Issue
At Ascend, a women in tech panel highlighted the persistent disparity between men and women in the tech industry, displaying stark statistics from around the globe to demonstrate the degree of inequality. Syntax’s Violeta Albrecht shared insights about her journey as a woman in tech, offering the audience a moving story that brought her from a small Ukrainian village to becoming a premier Oracle Partner Director.
The pace of digital evolution isn’t slowing down. Events like Ascend and BluePrint4D give us the opportunity to connect directly with enterprises navigating ERP transformation pain points so that we can deliver future-ready solutions, from Oracle cloud migration to JDE integration.
ERP transformation is complex, but you don’t have to tackle it alone.
