CafeOne Layout Not Displaying for Role

Description

Customer has a custom “Customer Service Inquiry” application with a Public CafeOne Layout but is unable to see that layout.

User has a role that allows them to run the Customer Service Inquiry application version.

Security Settings in P00950 for Role:

User unable to see the Public CafeOne layout. In application, when choosing the Layout drop down, the Public layout is not available.

Cause

In order to see the Public CafeOne layout, the user/role also needs security record to run the base application in the P00950.

Resolution

Add application security for the base application to P00950.

User can now see the Shared Public Layout.
